Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
  • Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of marketing mix modeling, including model design considerations, input selection, calibration, validation, response curves, diminishing returns, marginal ROI, scenario planning, and common methodological limitations.
  • Working knowledge of complementary Marketing measurement methods such as randomized incrementality testing, platform lift studies, attribution, user-level analysis, and recurring performance analytics.
  • Ability to help determine which measurement approach is appropriate for a given business question and to integrate evidence from multiple methodologies without treating all outputs as directly interchangeable.
  • Experience contributing to Marketing investment scenarios involving incremental funding, spend reductions, reallocations, sensitivities, and trade-offs across markets, channels, products, or objectives.
  • Good commercial judgment and the ability to balance analytical evidence with strategic objectives, operational constraints, market dynamics, and uncertainty when developing a recommendation.
  • Experience connecting Marketing plans and modeled expectations to forecasts and actual results and using those learnings to help improve future investment assumptions.
  • Experience working with Finance on Marketing planning, forecasts, investment assumptions, and performance reconciliation.
  • Experience working with external MMM, measurement, agency, or analytics partners.
  • Experience supporting measurement capabilities across markets or businesses with different levels of data availability and measurement maturity.
