Own cross-organization community operations and content execution, driving social media growth and event representation for two nonprofits with bilingual outreach.
- Manage daily operations and community initiatives across two orgs, including social media outreach and growth.
- Plan and execute marketing projects and content for Bethany Medical and Spanish clinic campaigns.
- Represent at community and weekend events to strengthen partnerships and visibility.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and community initiatives for the Lenny Peters Foundation, including social media outreach and growth
- Manage website admin and creative content
- Plan, execute, and support marketing projects for Bethany Medical
- Develop and execute marketing tactics to promote Bethany Medical's Spanish clinics
- Coordinate, attend, and represent both organizations at community and weekend events
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Language: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), written and spoken
- Experience: Proven history in non-profit sector operations
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Public speaking and camera readiness
Preferred
- Design: Direct experience creating visual content with Canva
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and productivity
