Job Description

As Manager, Internal Communications (Stores & Fleet), you will lead how critical information reaches and supports frontline employees. You will guide communication strategy for fleet teams so employees understand what is happening, why it matters, and how it affects their work. You will partner closely with leadership to turn complex priorities into clear, actionable messages that build alignment, trust, and understanding in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities
- Lead the communication strategy and planning for fleet teams, aligning with enterprise priorities
- Develop clear, coordinated communication plans with effective timing, channels, and messaging
- Partner with leaders to shape messaging that supports business goals and employee understanding
- Translate complex updates into concise, actionable information for frontline employees
- Oversee development of audience-focused communications across channels (email, huddles, intranet, toolkits)
- Lead and develop a small team while building strong partnerships across HR, operations, and communications
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications or a related field, with 2+ years of people management experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering communication strategies for large, distributed audiences
- Proven ability to turn complex topics into clear, actionable messaging
- Experience advising senior leaders and supporting informed decision-making
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and work effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting retail, frontline, or deskless employee groups
- Experience with change communications and large-scale organizational initiatives
