Job Summary
Own end to end integrated marketing strategy and team leadership for a large consumer brand, driving plan creation, cross channel execution, and budget stewardship.
- End to end Integrated Marketing: Own the marketing process from plan to flawless execution across channels and touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and develop a capable team of direct and indirect reports to deliver brand campaigns.
- Budget and Creative Stewardship: Oversee media/production budgets and partner with agencies to evaluate and steer creative to brief.
Job Description
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and at least ten years’ experience as a B2C marketing leader, ideally in an integrated marketing or agency role.
- Experience hiring, developing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports
- Proven ability to lead the integrated marketing process end-to-end, from writing a marketing plan to coordinating flawless execution.
- Creative Acumen: Ability to partner with agencies and in house creative teams to objectively evaluate creative against a strategic brief and deliver feedback in a way that clearly and effectively sets direction and inspires the team.
- Financial Management: Manage media and production budgets including planning and reconciling spend by month and quarter.
