Own and optimize the ecommerce tech stack while driving revenue through CRO and SEO; own and govern performance dashboards and cross-team collaboration with Digital Solutions and Digital Engagement to align product, marketing, and operations.

Owns performance scorecard and reports on results.
Drives revenue growth through conversion rate optimization and funnel improvements using A/B testing and UX enhancements.
Owns and manages the BigCommerce platform and Focus Digital (Salesforce) while training staff on both systems.
