Job Summary

Own the digital partnerships engine, guiding non-traditional partnerships, negotiating with media partners, and shaping cross-team media plans around client KPIs.

  • Lead Partnerships: manage Negotiators and Associates to deliver integrated digital plans from discovery to execution.
  • Channel & KPI Ownership: align on client KPIs, budgets, and RFPs; pursue non-traditional partnerships and competitive pricing.
  • Cross-functional Influence: mentor junior staff, collaborate with Analytics and Ad Ops, and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.

Job Description

Own the digital partnerships engine, guiding non-traditional partnerships, negotiating with media partners, and shaping cross-team media plans around client KPIs.

  • Responsibilities: Communicate with clients on marketplace intelligence, negotiation, and partnership needs, aligning with client KPIs
  • Responsibilities: Maintain daily client contact, manage requests, and foster relationships with media partners
  • Responsibilities: Present plan recommendations, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams
  • Responsibilities: Act as a key liaison, mentor associates, and ensure high-quality work standards
  • Responsibilities: Lead strategic media planning, participate in KPI and RFP development
  • Responsibilities: Manage partner negotiations, oversee budget and billing, and maintain campaign oversight
  • Responsibilities: Provide guidance on reports and presentations, manage Analytics and Ad Ops relationship
  • Responsibilities: Secure competitive marketplace pricing, foster strong media partner relationships, and apply knowledge of MAGNA's investment strategies
  • Requirements: Fundamental understanding of media tools as well as syndicated tools
  • Requirements: Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing communication plans encompassing traditional and non-traditional media strategies
  • Requirements: Ability to delegate and oversee Associates and Negotiators workload
  • Requirements: Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology: Double Click DART, Atlas DMT, Media Mind
  • Requirements: Experience across a variety of media channels
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of third-party Internet marketing research: comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings, and others
  • Preferred: Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing
  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience in digital media planning
