Job Summary
Own and execute the full digital marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue, balancing paid and organic channels, SEO, conversion optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while leading a small team and a data-driven culture.
- Growth Infrastructure: Define and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including targeting, bidding, and creative briefs to hit pipeline goals.
- SEO & Site Optimization: Lead technical/on-page SEO and ongoing website experiments to lift conversions.
- Data & Cross-Functional Leadership: Build attribution dashboards and translate insights into action, while developing a two-person marketing team and aligning Demand Gen, Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Revenue.
