Own end-to-end digital design for Ecommerce programs, campaigns, and product launches, partnering with cross-functional teams to create scalable assets and maintain design systems across desktop and mobile.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital-first creative for Ecommerce programs, campaign launches, product launches, promotional moments and salon network initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives, define deliverables and execute impactful digital experiences.
  • Support the conception, creation and production of digital assets into multiple formats, including homepage takeovers, landing pages, site modules, emails, digital advertising, paid and organic social content, animations and other digital touchpoints.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the Ecommerce design ecosystem, helping to build, maintain and evolve Figma design systems, component libraries and reusable templates across both brands.
  • Apply UX and user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging and visually compelling experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Design responsive digital experiences that adhere to platform requirements, while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.
  • Create and optimize creative assets for retailer.com partners including Amazon, Sephora, Ulta and other strategic ecommerce channels.
  • Participate in creative briefings and project kickoffs, proactively identifying design needs, opportunities and solutions.
  • Create composited imagery, mockups and visual references to support campaign development, production and retouching workflows.
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standards, technical specs, accessibility considerations and global market requirements .

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced digital design environment, preferably within beauty, luxury or fashion consumer brands
  • Strong graphic design foundation with experience in concept development, digital design and visual storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience designing ecommerce experiences, digital campaigns, web content and mobile-first creative
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design and digital best practices
  • Proficiency working within Figma, including design systems, component libraries, templates and collaborative workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating assets for retailer.com environments, such as Amazon, Sephora, Ulta
  • Ability to translate a design system into scalable creative assets across multiple channels and formats
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem solver and collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
