Responsibilities

• Demand Generation for AutoVitals
• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for AutoVitals, focused primarily on paid search and digital advertising to drive qualified inbound pipeline
• Build, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting auto repair shop owners and operators
• Develop email nurture programs to move leads through the funnel and into qualified sales opportunities
• Define and track the KPIs that matter: MQLs, SQLs, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and return on ad spend
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to make sure demand gen programs are aligned with what is actually converting and what customers need
• Evaluate and test new channels over time including paid social and events, coordinating with other members of the marketing team on brand and content
• Hands-On Google Ads Execution
• Personally build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Display
• Own campaign structure, keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, and ongoing optimization
• Run local, geo-targeted campaigns built to drive qualified leads and phone calls, not just clicks
• Set quality standards and QA processes for how campaigns are built and managed so the work stays consistent as the function scales
• Stay current on platform changes, new campaign types, and best practices, and bring those forward

• Hire, onboard, and develop a small demand generation function
• Build the process, reporting, and playbooks needed
• Set clear expectations for the function and hold people accountable to results
• Be a strong partner to sales, Product, and Customer Success leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years or experience in demand generation, paid media, or digital marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company
• Experience managing direct reports and developing people
• Hands-on experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns yourself, including Search, Performance Max, and Display, with strong knowledge of local and geo-targeted campaigns
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue results through paid digital programs
• Strong with data and reporting across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Good project manager who can handle multiple priorities while executing at a very high level
• Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined yet
• Clear communicator, written and verbal, across all levels of an organization

Preferred

• Experience marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in automotive or home services
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Background or knowledge of the automotive repair industry
• Experience leveraging AI and Automation tool to Improve Campaign Efficiency
