Job Summary
Own client-facing creative execution by translating goals into briefs, guiding campaigns from concept to delivery, and ensuring on-brand outcomes for clients and internal teams.
- Creative ownership: translate client needs into briefs and drive presentations to align feedback and expectations.
- Cross-functional leadership: coordinate with design, production, and account teams to scope, plan, and execute programs.
- Delivery and governance: monitor timelines, budgets, resources, and quality to meet client standards and drive efficient outcomes.
Job Description
- Act as the primary creative point of contact for client-facing projects and campaigns, translating business goals into creative briefs and leading presentations to manage feedback and expectations.
- Manages team performance, workload distribution, and development plans.
- Ensures creative deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to scope and plan projects.
- Provides input on creative strategy and Campaign/Client Program execution.
- Monitors timelines, budgets, and resources for efficiency.
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 people leadership (Required)
- 5 creative services experience
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Proven ability to translate client needs into creative solutions.
- Leadership skills that inspire collaboration and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
- Strong foundation in design, copywriting, or creative production processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Ability to manage priorities and allocate resources effectively.
