Own the multi-channel content engine—from newsletters to website and social—driving brand narrative through high-quality visuals and writing while coordinating proposals, awards, and corporate communications.

Coordinate content production across internal teams and external partners to maintain brand-aligned materials and timely delivery.
Shape proposals, press materials, and marketing collateral to strengthen Edgemoor’s reputation and client engagement.
Support events and culture initiatives, including planning for conferences, off-sites, and volunteer activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for internal and external client and stakeholder newsletters
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for company news and press releases
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for corporate marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other collateral
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for award submissions
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for corporate website
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for social media
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for RFQ and RFP responses/proposals, as needed
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for other project and corporate-related communications (event planning, assisting with photo shoots, etc.)
Ensure all communications uphold consistent corporate brand standards in visuals, writing, and tone
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media content management and management of Edgemoor's external website, ensuring content is engaging and accurate

Requirements

8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing and/or communications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro a plus
Command of visual design principles to create appealing and effective communication
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English grammar and a keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience with various web design platforms is a plus (Squarespace, Drupal)
Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
Ability to “think outside the box” and be creative
Ability to work as part of a full team but able to remain independently motivated

Preferred

Premiere Pro experience
Experience with Squarespace or Drupal
Graphic design experience or related field
