Responsibilities

• Development (50):
• - Supports the Development team with fundraising and engagement efforts
• - Manages the CRM donor database and donor contact management standards as a Salesforce admin
• - with a focus on monetary donations
• - Project manages fundraising calendar and takes the lead with print vendors
• - Leads the prep/distribution of Annual Report and Donor Advised Fund mailings
• - Manages our Global Giver portfolio, stewarding existing GG and recruiting new and lapsed
• - Manages fundraising platform, Click & Pledge, and the integration of Salesforce.
• - Tracks and enters data associated with other online donation platforms
• - Sets up development team events in the CRM and fundraising platform.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Global Links’ mission and programs
• Effective oral & written communication skills; English fluency
• Organizational and project management skills with high level of attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
• Experience with social media such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in or willingness to prioritize learning Google Apps and Microsoft Office
• Experience with photo and video editing software
• Creative thinker with basic graphic design skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment
• Time management skills; maintaining focus on strategic goals
