Job Summary

Own cross functional market readiness and product lifecycle governance for wafer fab equipment, coordinating executives, engineering, sales, and finance to shape roadmaps, pricing, and launches.

  • Coordinate messaging and alignment across business units, customers, and markets.
  • Build and codify best practices, training materials, and playbooks for launches, lifecycle management, and red team readiness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • For executive level presentations requiring corporate level alignment, work with business units and accounts on key messaging
  • Continuously, develop and implement best known practices that span the corporation, including creating training material and hosting training events. These include items such as:
  • Presentation templates in collaboration with corporate communications
  • Product Launch best practices
  • Product life cycle best practices, phase entry criteria, etc
  • Application penetration tracking with sales
  • Root causing and customer engagement methodologies with account technologists and product support
  • Develop red team architecture and process scoring methodologies with business unit engineering
  • Collaborate with business development and product management on value pricing
  • Collaborate with technologists and technical directors to develop and document flows for leading edge logic, foundry, DRAM, and other markets such as more than Moore and Advanced Packaging. Work closely with Market Analytics teams to match these flows to SAMBA and ensure corporate market model capture SAM and TAM
  • Align and develop product roadmaps with the Chief Product Office to ensure that business unit product strategies are aligned to market and preparing for future inflections. Ensure that product group roadmaps are reflected in SAMBA models

Requirements

  • PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
  • 6+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab equipment
  • Ideal previous roles include product management, product marketing, business development or strategic marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical marketing, product management and launches, product life cycle management, market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic decision-making related to wafer fab equipment
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to align and influence cross-functional and global teams (business units, business development, Sales, manufacturing, investors relations, finance, corporate communications, product life cycle, engineering, and R&D)
  • Experience engaging global teams (Sales, Technologists and BU Marketing) and managing meetings across multiple time zones (Asia, US, EU)
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
  • Proven ability to continuously improve processes, develop BKMs, and implement across cross-disciplinary organizations
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and domestically up to ~25% is required
