Job Summary

Own end-to-end client commerce campaigns by leading planning, QA, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day relationship management, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and proactive risk management.

Campaign delivery & QA: ensure dayparting, bids, budget alignment, and correct creatives before launch.
Strategic oversight: drive annual budgets, KPIs, vendor relationships, testing plans, and industry trend tracking.
Client leadership: present recommendations, manage expectations, lead status calls, and coordinate Analyst delivery for campaigns.

Job Description

Gather research and data to formulate tactical plans for client delivery.
Own day-to-day commerce budget, pacing, billing accuracy, and alignment with strategy.
Present recommendations, solicit feedback, and direct Analysts to apply client input to campaigns.
Contribute to account strategy including annual budgets, KPIs, partner selection, and new tactics.
QA pre-launch campaign components (dayparting, bids, budget, targeting, and creative).
Develop optimizations and testing plans (new vendors, targeting segments, creative, flighting, test-and-learn).
Produce campaign reporting and derive strategic insights with actionable items.
Lead client status and reporting calls, including presentation of reporting.
Manage day-to-day client relationships with partners and agencies to ensure seamless communication.
Proactively manage expectations, timelines, risks, and collaborate with leadership on upcoming deliverables.

3+ years of account management experience in online advertising with a focus on Direct Partnerships
1+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
Mastery of tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis
Knowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology preferred
Ideal candidates have worked with 3P partners including Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Ahold
