Own influencer strategy and client partnerships within OM Creo, delivering trusted relationships and measurable influence across Fortune-500 brands.

Influencer program ownership: manage end-to-end campaigns from discovery to reporting with cross-functional alignment.
Ecosystem integration: articulate influencer work within digital media, asset development, measurement, and commerce with OM COE and Creo teams.
Thought leadership and market intel: monitor influencer landscape shifts and translate trends into client impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and own key influencer relationships that build a trust-based partnership with OM clients
Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environment
Manage client communication across influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and possess strong communicative abilities to relay the respective stages to clients
Leverage OM Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content review in concert with Creo creator activation personnel
Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client business
Work in partnership with OM COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions including but not limited to asset development, media amplification, commerce, and measurement

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
3-5 years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environments
Hands on experience developing and leading client-facing communication tied to Influencer campaigns for Fortune-500 companies
Experience working on client business in retail and consumer packaged goods is preferred

Nice-to-haves
