Job Description
A Management Trainee at PointHaus Group Inc will develop into a future leader by rotating through departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR), learning company policies, and mastering operational tasks under mentor supervision. Key Responsibilities

- Goal Achievement: Meeting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and reporting on progress.
- Operational Support: Assisting with daily tasks, data entry, and customer service.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing business reports for trends in sales, inventory, and profitability.
