Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Participate in structured training programs designed to build essential managerial and leadership capabilities.
  • Represent our clients by engaging with customers to identify their needs and offer product solutions in a retail setting.
  • Help guide and support a team of sales professionals, encouraging high performance and helping achieve team objectives.
  • Contribute to the daily execution of marketing efforts in retail locations to ensure smooth operations and effective strategy implementation.
  • Track sales results and key performance indicators, providing insights and collaborating with leadership to improve results.
  • Develop strong working relationships with store personnel and managers to align efforts with client goals and ensure successful campaign rollout.
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience through school, work, or extracurricular roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams and customer groups.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed for retail operations.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
