Responsibilities

• Own the overall email and SMS lifecycle strategy from acquisition through retention and winback.
• Plan, build, and send campaigns that highlight product launches, education about olive‑tree actives, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Create and optimize automated lifecycle flows (welcome, quiz results, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, replenishment, winback, loyalty/VIP).
• Develop segmentation strategies based on behavior, skin concerns, purchase history, and quiz data to deliver relevant, personalized messaging.
• Set up, send, and optimize SMS campaigns and flows that complement email (alerts, launches, limited offers, reminders) while ensuring compliance.
• Work in collaboration with our Revenue Campaign Manager to drive engagement and sales across all customer touchpoints.
• Define testing roadmaps; run A/B tests (subject lines, send times, creative, offers, SMS copy) and systematize learnings.
• Monitor and improve deliverability, list health, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and SMS opt‑out rates; maintain list hygiene.
• Build regular performance reporting across lifecycle KPIs and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, and social teams to maintain cohesive, on‑brand messaging around waterless beauty, olive‑tree actives, and impact projects.
