Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end student journey from inquiry to enrollment
  • Design and optimize multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, phone, AI agent) to improve inquiry to enrollment conversion.
  • Build and refine end to end communication flows that move prospects from inquiry to application and enrollment.
  • Identify friction points and implement workflows that improve internal efficiency and enhance the student experience.
  • Explore new tools and approaches to drive smarter, more scalable engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze performance daily to identify actionable insights.
  • Present results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and student services teams to improve full-funnel marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and conversion drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, testing, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to translate data into clear actions and measurable improvements (PowerBI, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).

Preferred

  • Higher education marketing experience preferred.
