Job Summary

Own and optimize the global Gemini CRM program across lifecycle stages and collaborate across Product, Design, Brand, and Creative to deliver data-driven, on-brand experiences.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and analytics to measure impact and iterate.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the global Gemini CRM strategy and support the related Martech roadmap to enable user delight across multiple touchpoints.
  • Maintain and manage data structures across systems to ensure smooth orchestration operations, trigger-based automations, and one-off communications.
  • Utilize CRM analytics to drive customer-centric action plans and communicate results and insights to team leads and partner teams.
  • Partner with our Product, Design, Brand and Creative teams to ensure all touchpoints are on-brand and impactful.
  • Prioritize, test, and launch experiments and campaigns across a user’s lifecycle, from acquisition, onboarding and activation, to feature adoption, churn prevention, and resurrection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in growth, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Preferred

  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Measurement-driven with the ability to use benchmarks and performance metrics to track progress, while maintaining focus on business impact.
  • Strong communications skills and ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and prioritize in an environment with multiple demands.
