Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution spanning lead conversion, user activation, retention, win-backs, and account expansion
• Track funnel performance, run channel experiments, and turn data into optimization decisions to drive activation, adoptions, and pipeline
• Plan and collaborate on integrated campaigns across email, paid, content, events, and in-app channels
• Design onboarding and lifecycle sequences that accelerate speed-to-value, feature adoption, and expansion ARR
• Partner with GTM Engineering on lead routing, attribution accuracy, and marketing automation stack performance
• Maintain sender reputation, consent standards, and contact frequency capping alongside operations and legal

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing outbound lifecycle marketing with revenue metrics you personally owned and can talk through in detail
• Proven ability architecting and scaling lifecycle initiatives from strategy through rollout
• Hands-on fluency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) spanning nurture logic, QA, and dynamic content
• Data-driven mindset using cohort tracking, funnel diagnostics, and A/B testing to measure incremental revenue impact over vanity engagement
• Experienced quarterbacking cross-functional efforts alongside Product, Engineering, Sales, and RevOps to keep execution aligned

Preferred

• B2B SaaS experience selling into a non-technical or trades-adjacent buyer
• Experience at a founder-led or early-stage company where you had to build the playbook, not inherit one
