Responsibilities

• Place and manage advertising for residential and commercial properties.
• Handle Inquiries / Coordinate showings.
• Conduct screenings and process lease paperwork.
• Process move-ins, move-outs and monthly reports.
• Oversee electronic processing of rent collections, resident requests, adjustments, past due notices etc.
• Assist existing and prospective tenants through online and telephone support.
• Assure new and renewal lease documents are completed accurate and timely.
• Assist with reports, resident feedback, market research, marketing, advertising, follow-up scheduling, inspections and correspondence as needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, extreme attention to detail and follow through.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, and changing priorities.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (required)
• College degree preferred.
• Leasing, Marketing, and Property management experience preferred.
• Appfolio Property Management Software experience (highly preferred - this is our main software and you will need to become an expert in using it).
