Drive leasing performance and marketing for a strategic, hands-on leasing leadership role.

• Own end-to-end leasing performance, occupancy targets, and revenue across assigned properties.
• Track, analyze, and report leasing KPIs like traffic, conversion, and closing ratios.
• Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identify and mitigate vacancy risks with proactive leasing strategies and market analysis.
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to align leasing with business objectives.
• Continuously refine pricing, positioning, and marketing to maximize asset performance.
• Ensure listings and materials are accurate, compelling, and competitive.
• Lead by example by actively closing deals and setting a high standard for leasing excellence.
• Conduct property tours and site visits, including evenings and weekends, to secure tenants.
• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies across digital, social, and local channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level leasing or property management experience
• Experience with a mixed portfolio of affordable and market rate housing
• Proven track record of exceeding leasing quotas and high occupancy
• Strong closing ability with a history of converting leads into signed leases
• Advanced knowledge of leasing strategies, market trends, and tenant acquisition
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed, highly disciplined, and performance-driven
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a hands-on capacity
