Job Summary
Own the leasing and resident lifecycle basics: daily operations, events, data tracking, and revenue/occupancy lift with vendor relationships and campus activity.
- Leasing Operations: Track leasing data, metrics, goals and ensure timely follow ups with prospective residents.
- Events & Outreach: Organize monthly resident and marketing events and prepare for housing fairs and on campus events.
- Relationship & Compliance: Maintain vendor relationships, uphold confidentiality, adhere to policies, and coordinate move-in related activities.
