Job Summary

Own the end-to-end leasing funnel for a multi-property portfolio, balancing listing marketing, tenant engagement, and closing with a fast iteration cycle.

Listings & Lead Gen: create and publish optimized listings across Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook Marketplace and track lead flow.
Showings & Applicant Experience: schedule showings, answer questions, and guide qualified applicants through the leasing process to move them to move-in.
Market & Performance: review comps, set competitive pricing, coordinate photography and staging, and adjust strategies to reduce vacancy timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, publish, and maintain rental listings on platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, and Facebook Marketplace
Write clear and compelling property descriptions that encourage qualified renters to inquire and apply
Review comparable rentals and local market conditions to help evaluate pricing competitiveness
Coordinate property photography, listing presentation, and staging recommendations
Support digital advertising efforts for vacancies that require additional exposure
Track listing activity, lead volume, and overall performance
Update marketing strategies when a property is not generating enough interest
Respond promptly and professionally to prospective tenant inquiries
Schedule and conduct property showings
Maintain organized and consistent follow-up with interested renters
