Job Summary

Own end-to-end email marketing operations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive engagement, with journeys, testing, and compliance at the core.

  • Own audience segmentation and personalized email experiences across campaigns and journeys.
  • Design and optimize complex customer journeys in Journey Builder, running A/B tests and analyzing open, click, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure deliverability, data quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with sales, experience delivery, and other teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns across segments using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including templates, content design, and automated workflows.
  • Manage QA to ensure links, landing pages, and rendering are correct on major browsers and mobile devices.
  • Segment audiences using customer data and tailor email content for relevance and engagement.
  • Design complex customer journeys in Journey Builder to deliver personalized email sequences based on interactions and behavior.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design to identify winning variations and improve performance.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability to generate insights and guide future campaigns.
  • Manage subscriber lists with data accuracy and compliance to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and related regulations.
  • Collaborate with Experience Delivery, sales, and other teams to align campaigns with company goals.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Email Specialist, Salesforce Admin
  • 2+ years experience in email marketing operations
