You will own end-to-end paid search and social lead generation campaigns focused on local homeowners, optimizing spend, tracking performance, and collaborating with sales to convert enquiries into booked surveys.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Managing paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram
Creating and testing campaigns designed to generate homeowner enquiries
Targeting campaigns across Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Gloucester, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas
Monitoring advertising spend and campaign performance
Tracking enquiries and identifying which campaigns and advertising channels they originated from
Monitoring cost per lead and cost per booked survey
Testing different audiences, advertising messages, offers and creative approaches
Working with the sales team to understand which campaigns generate the strongest quality enquiries
Identifying opportunities to improve the number of enquiries that convert into booked home surveys

Requirements

Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Google Ads
Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager
Consumer lead generation
Campaign optimisation
Advertising budget management
Conversion tracking
Understanding cost per lead and customer acquisition cost
Analysing campaign results
Producing clear performance reports

Preferred

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or CRM systems would be useful, but you do not need to be a technical specialist.
