Job Summary

Own the editorial storytelling engine for a centralized content studio, shaping production, governance, and cross‑channel activation with a focus on scalable pipelines, Story Hub insights, and enterprise collaboration.

  • Editorial Platform: Build the Story Hub and governance to intake, evaluate, prioritize, and lifecycle manage stories from across the enterprise.
  • Channel Alignment: Translate channel needs into editorial plans and briefs for CVSHealth.com, enterprise social, and emerging platforms.
  • Operational Excellence: Create scalable production processes and a centralized story database to accelerate content delivery and story sourcing.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead CVS Health's new Digital Content Studio, defining vision, structure, workflows, and long‑term capability growth.
  • Manage and mentor a Creative Lead (motion graphics/design) and a Senior Producer overseeing production cycles and asset delivery.
  • Oversee the creation of digital content, including video, motion graphics, design, and written assets, for CVSHealth.com, enterprise social channels, and other owned or emerging distribution platforms.
  • Develop scalable production processes for intake, prioritization, creative development, and delivery.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand, accessibility, and performance standards.
  • Build and lead the Story Hub as an editorial and insights capability within the Digital Content Studio.
  • Create the systems and governance for story intake, evaluation, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
  • Source high‑value stories from across the enterprise and shape them into narrative‑ready material for content development.
  • Maintain a centralized database of stories, insights, and raw materials that fuel digital content creation.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between the Story Hub and creative/production teams to accelerate content development.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in content development/strategy, creative operations and production, digital communications, or editorial leadership.
  • Experience building, formalizing, or scaling creative or content capabilities, including process and workflow design.
  • Strong background managing creative and production teams, including video, design, and multimedia work.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with digital channel owners and translate strategy into content plans.
  • Proven experience managing and developing creative and production talent.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity and fluency with the U.S. health care landscape, including pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, and/or health insurance sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field required.

  • Experience launching editorial platforms, content hubs, or centralized content operations.
  • Experience working in a large, complex, or regulated enterprise.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset workflows, or customer insights platforms.
