Responsibilities
- Audit the entire growth infrastructure — funnels, paid campaigns, email sequences, webinar performance, and community conversion and build a prioritized optimization plan.
- Growing email and community to over 25,000 in Year 1
- Own the full lifecycle conversion of a customer
- Enhance all conversions across the portfolio: ads → Challenge Bundle ($997) → Deal Engine ($15K/yr) → Landman Community → capital funding
- Own paid acquisition and conversion strategy end-to-end — Meta campaigns, ROAS, CPL, full pixel/CAPI infrastructure
- Suggest and test new webinar formats and entry-point offers to improve top-of-funnel performance
- Build and optimize GHL automations, email sequences, and follow-up workflows to maximize LTV
- Optimize the full Landman Community and Landman Capital enrollment flow
- Report directly to the CEO with weekly KPIs and a clear growth dashboard
