Job Description
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Research, script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our apps in an authentic, engaging UGC style.
- Organic Growth Strategy: Identify current social media trends, viral audio tracks, and platform algorithms to maximize organic reach and user acquisition.
- Channel Management: Post content regularly across TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and other relevant channels, optimized with engaging captions and hashtags.
- Community Engagement: Monitor comments, engage with the audience, and build an active community around our app brands.
- Reporting: Track basic video metrics (views, engagement, click-throughs) to understand performance and optimize future content.
Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent Resident). We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Employment Eligibility: Must be willing to undergo standard employment verification (Form I-9) for W-2 payroll onboarding.
- Experience: Entry-level / Junior. A strong personal portfolio of short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) or creative coursework is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem (iOS and Android) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, etc.).
- Creative & Trendy: Deep understanding of social media trends, memes, and hooks that capture viewer attention.
