Junior TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist

Responsibilities

• Research and identify TikTok creators who align with ShakaWear's products, style, and target audience.
• Learn how to evaluate creators based on their content, audience, engagement, and potential to generate sales.
• Assist with building targeted creator lists for specific products and campaigns.
• Support the execution of creator recruitment and outreach strategies.
• Help write engaging and compelling messages to recruit creators into our affiliate program.
• Assist with sending outreach messages and managing creator responses.
• Follow up with creators to encourage participation in campaigns.
• Learn how to create effective messaging that increases creator interest and response rates.
• Help test different outreach approaches to understand what performs best.
• Review incoming creator sample requests using established approval guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, engaging messages.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
• Interest in influencer marketing, fashion, streetwear, or e-commerce.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following established processes.
• Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas.
• Willingness to learn new software, platforms, and marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently when needed.
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback and coaching.
• No previous affiliate marketing or TikTok Shop experience is necessary. Training will be provided.

Preferred

• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Familiarity with creator outreach or influencer marketing.
• Basic copywriting or social media marketing experience.
• Interest in streetwear and fashion trends.
• Familiarity with tools such as Euka, Superfiliate, Cruva, or Discord.
• Experience using spreadsheets or organizing data.
