Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct outreach to celebrity stylists, editors, and luxury media contacts
• Coordinate VIP and celebrity jewelry placements
• Send media alerts and manage press outreach
• Coordinate sample trafficking and showroom activity
• Prepare coverage reports and track press placements
• Work closely with the Head of Operations and Showroom Manager
• Draft and manage professional client and media communications

Requirements

• 2+ years of Public Relations experience with fine jewelry or accessories experience required
• Established relationships with celebrity stylists and luxury media contacts
• Proven experience securing celebrity placements and working within the fine jewelry PR space
• Must already understand the industry and be able to step into the role with minimal training
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personable, confident, and comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships
• Highly organized, trustworthy, honest, caring, and sound in judgment
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, creative showroom environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
