Responsibilities

• Marketing Ops: Maintain up-to-date marketing files, project docs, and records for easy access.
• Coordination: Schedule meetings and timelines for marketing and business development activities to keep programs on track.
• Materials & Enablement: Prepare and organize marketing materials and internal resources to support campaigns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
