Job Description
Responsibilities
- Face to face fundraising on behalf of worlds biggest non profits.
- Set up and lead face-to-face marketing presentations on behalf of our nonprofit clients
- Provide daily performance updates to team leads; weekly KPI reports to account managers
- Build and manage strong community and site relationships across Miami-Dade
- Travel for networking events once every 2–3 months
- Conduct monthly team presentations to track progress and performance
- Stay up to date with client initiatives and campaign changes
- Prepare local market research prior to new events
- Suggest new revenue and outreach opportunities tailored to Miami communities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in marketing or business; MBA preferred but not required
- Local to Miami or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
Preferred
- MBA preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
- Hospitality background or strong customer-service experience
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging diverse Miami demographics
- Local to Miami or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
Benefits
