Job Summary

Own and drive brand activation efforts by representing national brands at events, engaging customers to boost awareness and participation, delivering exceptional service, and coordinating all aspects of campaigns, while collaborating with marketing teams and completing ongoing training and leadership development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent national brands at promotional events, retail activations, and community campaigns
  • Engage directly with customers to increase brand awareness and customer participation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create positive brand experiences
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, execution, and breakdown
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts
  • Learn event marketing strategies, client relations, and campaign management
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve campaign goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs

Requirements

  • No prior marketing experience is required.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
  • Available for a full-time schedule
  • Willing to travel locally to promotional events
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Experienced in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing (a plus but not required)
