Responsibilities

• Authority & Outreach Execution
• Research and build targeted media, podcast, and publication lists aligned to client industries
• Execute structured outreach campaigns for media pitching, guest posts, and podcast placements
• Coordinate with clients to gather insights, quotes, and approvals
• Track and manage outreach pipelines in CRM or project tools
• Secure and document placements, mentions, and backlinks
• SEO & Content Support
• Support on-page SEO execution (metadata, internal linking, content updates)
• Assist with structured data implementation and content formatting
• Collaborate on keyword and entity research

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience in digital marketing, communications, journalism, or SEO
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and structured email campaigns
• Highly organized and comfortable working in spreadsheets and project management tools
• Curiosity about SEO, AI search, and digital authority
• Comfortable executing repetitive but strategic tasks

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience with media pitching or guest content placement
• Understanding of how backlinks impact search visibility
