Job Summary

Own end-to-end project delivery for payer-focused research and communications, translating scientific data into materials for formulary decision-makers and other healthcare professionals.

  • Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff to field implementation and manage client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Digest complex data and convert it into actionable, regulation-ready materials for medical and payer audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Payer Sciences team to generate ideas, messaging concepts, and compliant manuscripts across therapeutic areas.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Act as a utility player across Payer Sciences teams, providing reference research, annotation support, simple manuscript drafting, and preparing deliverables for medical/legal/regulatory review with accurate referencing and regulatory compliance - Coordinate and own multiple projects from kickoff to field implementation, interact with clients on a regular basis, and communicate well with all team members - Embrace new ideas and think strategically to develop concepts, solutions and messaging, in collaboration with other Payer Sciences team members - Understand agency process and guidelines, including time management and attention to detail - Digest scientific data/information and interpret its application for formulary decision-makers or other healthcare professionals - Maintain knowledge of a variety of therapeutic categories - Participate in idea generation at an individual and group level Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of agency copywriting experience or equivalent (inclusive of internship experience) - Experience writing for payer/managed markets audiences preferred - Professional maturity, integrity, rigor, and a positive attitude - Flexible and collaborative style - Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of marketing communications materials, both digital and print - Experience with current communications technology and media channels; experience with digital media a plus - Self-motivated to work independently - Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat - BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in English, journalism, communications, or a science preferred Benefits - medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, as well as parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off
