Job Description

Own fast, production‑quality design output for marketing with brand cohesion across channels, collaborating with managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate feedback into ready-to-use assets.

  • Responsibilities: Execute high-quality design deliverables across marketing initiatives with a focus on speed, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with marketing managers, other designers and internal stakeholders by incorporating feedback efficiently and communicating clearly about your work
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in branding, marketing, and digital design
  • Manage your own deadlines and workload in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • Maintain organized files and design assets for use across the marketing team

Requirements

  • BFA degree in Design, Art or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, brand, or visual design role
  • A portfolio demonstrating clean, production-quality work across digital formats, especially email and social
  • Proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Curious about AI in design and tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik Runway, Figma, etc., as well proactive interest experimenting with other emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color, particularly as applied to digital marketing formats
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple requests and hit deadlines consistently

Preferred

  • Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, or basic HTML/CSS for email
  • Experience with video editing or basic animation
