Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily and weekly management of key brand accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, deliverables, feedback, and next steps
  • Participate in client meetings and help ensure conversations are productive, organized, and followed through
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, identify action items, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Track client requests and commitments to ensure nothing gets missed
  • Help anticipate client needs and proactively communicate updates, questions, or potential challenges
  • Support account leads and TAG leadership in maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
  • Support creative projects from briefing through final delivery, helping maintain clear communication between clients and internal creative teams
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and outstanding client feedback
  • Coordinate client feedback and ensure notes are clearly organized and communicated to the appropriate internal teams

Requirements

  • Professional experience or demonstrated background in communications, advertising, public relations, marketing, account management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requests simultaneously
  • Professional and confident communication style with the ability to interact with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and refined visual taste
  • Ability to understand creative concepts and communicate them clearly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport and trust
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism when working with enterprise clients and confidential information
