Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across multiple client accounts
• Assist with media outreach, including building and updating media lists
• Draft and edit press materials including media alerts and press releases
• Monitor media coverage and compile daily and monthly reports (Critical Mention)
• Coordinate client meetings, calendars and call notes
• Support event logistics, including press events and activations
• Help manage incoming media inquiries and assist with coordination
• Maintain internal organization systems and ensure timely follow-up on tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism
• MUST HAVE 1–2 years of experience in PR, media or communications
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, polished communication skills
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and Microsoft Office preferred
