Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies tailored for pharma clients.
  • Coordinate between creative teams, media planners, and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reports to clients.
  • Support senior account directors in planning and pitching new business opportunities in the pharma industry.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and ensure compliance in all campaigns.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and external client presentations to align project goals and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, especially tailored to pharma clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
