Job Summary

Assist in deploying AI tools in marketing to boost efficiency and content generation, while supporting DAM rollout and cross-team training to scale AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Must-have: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field with interest in digital marketing tech and AI.
  • Standout: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CoPilot/LLMs, plus familiarity with digital asset management systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in rollout of AI and Generative AI tools within the marketing department to enhance operational efficiency and content generation. Research and present perspectives on future directions.
  • Participate in developing and facilitating training sessions on the strategic usage of AI, focusing on risks, benefits, and opportunities, while improving presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Assist with the rollout of a new the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, which could include AI training on content.
  • Provide project management support in various strategic projects.
  • Help develop training guides for various projects, collaborating with teams to finalize and load content into our online training tool.
  • Work with the team to develop companywide presentation templates that AI can use to create on brand content.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing technologies and AI applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CoPilot and other LLM’s, familiarity with digital asset management systems is a plus.
