Responsibilities

• This role is not centered on advertising campaigns or influencer-style social media marketing. Instead, you’ll gain insight into how professional services firms compete for and win complex engineering projects.
• Support proposal and SOQ development through formatting, editing, document assembly, and deadline coordination
• Conduct basic market, client, and competitor research to inform pursuit strategy
• Assist with maintaining marketing collateral, resumes, and project descriptions to ensure pursuit readiness
• Update CRM databases and marketing records to support business development tracking
• Help prepare materials for conferences, trade shows, award submittals, and client interviews
• Assist with social media and website content updates aligned to firm initiatives
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Corporate Marketing team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, graduating in Summer or Fall 2026
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

• Interest in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Prior internship, campus involvement, or project experience related to marketing or business development
