Job Summary
Support political design work by turning concepts into production-ready assets, ensuring brand consistency across multiple candidates and placements, and assisting the creative team under tight deadlines.
- Own production-ready file prep and packaging for print vendors and ad platforms, ensuring specs and brand guidelines are met.
- Adapt brand systems across campaigns and resize assets for paid social, display, OOH, and print while maintaining visual consistency.
- Assist with mockups, revisions, and asset organization to accelerate creative delivery under deadline pressure.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Produce campaign creative across formats: digital ads, social graphics, direct mail, palm cards, signage, and email headers
- Adapt brand systems and design templates across multiple candidates and committees
- Resize and version assets for different placements (paid social, display, OOH, print) while keeping brand consistency
- Prep production-ready files and packages for print vendors and ad platforms
- Support the creative team with mockups, revisions, and asset organization on tight deadlines
Requirements
- Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Figma a plus
- A portfolio showing layout, typography, and color sense (coursework and personal projects welcome)
- Comfort taking direction and iterating quickly under deadline pressure
- Attention to detail in file prep, specs, and brand guidelines
- Interest in politics, advocacy, or public affairs — and discretion around sensitive client work
- Motion/animation, web design, or short-form video skills are a bonus, not a requirement
