Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and logistics.
  • Work onsite at events such as Boiler Gold Rush, family days at branches, and other promotional events.
  • Support social media efforts including blog writing, video script writing, and video filming.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including conducting monthly website audits.
  • Support the Boiler Financial Track program.
  • Write content for flyers, brochures, emails, and other marketing materials as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new software and marketing tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors, and company contacts.
