Job Summary

Own a hands-on marketing operations track by learning the PM platforms, publishing systems, and SharePoint workflows that power a global team.

  • Growth/Operations: Build familiarity with project management platforms and publishing tools to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Content & Analytics Support: Assist with collateral uploads, literature analytics, and event-tool usage to streamline processes.
  • Platform Knowledge: Learn SharePoint content workflows and keep team materials accurate and up to date.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learn about project management platforms used throughout the marketing team to maximize project efficiency.
  • Assist with uploading marketing collateral to publishing systems.
  • Help gather analytics for the literature team.
  • Assist with event tools and platforms.
  • Optimize marketing content through various workflows used to create literature.
  • Gain knowledge about Sharepoint systems and help update and edit content used by team members.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with a focus on Marketing, Business, or a Related field.
  • Completed Junior year in a 4-year degree program.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented.
  • Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to generate ideas and problem-solve.
  • Driven to achieve a successful experience for our customers.
