Cross-Functional Delivery: guide design, content, and dev through strategy, QA output, and integrated timelines to keep programs on-strategy.
Platform & Social Growth: own TikTok/Instagram/Meta strategy, platform-native plays, growth loops, and alignment of paid and organic to grow a community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own client relationships and strategy delivery
Serve as the primary client lead across accounts - managing relationships, running working sessions, and presenting strategy with confidence
Translate business goals into clear, actionable marketing roadmaps
Develop full-funnel marketing strategies and go-to-market plans across social, web, paid media, OOH, PR, and activations
Orchestrate execution across teams
Lead through influence - directing designers, marketers, and dev without always having direct authority
Brief internal and external teams from strategy, then QA output to ensure it aligns with strategic intent
Build and manage integrated timelines across workstreams, balancing priorities across multiple client accounts
Connect dots between creative, paid, and organic so nothing falls through the cracks
Drive social and social commerce performance
