Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Support go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy and implementation
  • Research, monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor products and marketing activities
  • Contribute to account planning, forecasting and budget management
  • Serve as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency in voice, tone and experience across all consumer touchpoints
  • Support development and evolution of brand guidelines, visual identity systems and messaging frameworks
  • Collaborate with Creative/Studio teams to manage and maintain brand assets and asset management systems
  • Identify and support opportunities in PR, brand advocacy and customer loyalty initiatives
  • Review and assess incoming partnership inquiries from creators, agencies, and brands to identify high-impact collaboration opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on authoring of creative briefs and development of creative campaigns (evergreen, seasonal and product launches)

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing or integrated marketing roles
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect big-picture ideas to execution
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward action
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: able to view, annotate and navigate creative files without needing a designer to hold your hand
  • Experience with collaborative proofing platforms for managing review cycles, versioning, and stakeholder feedback
