Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across YMCA platforms.
Develop marketing materials for programs, events, membership, and organizational initiatives.
Create and schedule email campaigns and member communications.
Create and manage Meta ads and monitor campaign performance and program registrations.
Design graphics, flyers, presentations, digital signage, and other promotional materials.
Capture photo and video content at YMCA programs and events.
Assist with Reels and other short-form video content.
Update website content, Linktree, program schedules, and community calendars.
Support marketing for childcare, membership, youth programs, events, hiring, and other YMCA initiatives.
Coordinate marketing requests, projects, and deadlines through Asana.

Requirements

Experience with Canva required.

Preferred

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant internship experience may be considered.
Experience creating content for social media platforms and managing organizational or business accounts preferred.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, email marketing, photography, or website management is a plus.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content, including Reels, is ideal.
