Job Summary

Own the Student Associate program experience by connecting students with real opportunities across MSG venues, driving hands-on business exposure and career-ready growth.

  • Own a cross-brand development pipeline: MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere, with structured learning and live-project exposure.
  • Coordinate executive speaker series, mentorship, and career workshops to accelerate student growth and program outcomes.
  • Ensure guest and partner experiences meet program standards while building foundation for early-career marketers and operators.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Student Associate Program designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere.
  • Gain valuable experience that will be applicable throughout your career.
  • Opportunity to work with our employees to get a full understanding of the business.
  • Learning and development opportunities through an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and other social events.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours/week (3 - 5 business days) in-person.
  • Must be available to work part-time or full-time from October 2026 - April 2027.
  • Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student for Fall 2026.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
